It's nice to be back home! My family and I took the last 2 weeks off vacationing in Minnesota. It was nice to be back around family and friends and "cool off" from the brutal Texas heat.
While we were gone, I received my new Stampin' Up! goodies and could hardly wait to get home and play with them. Yesterday I made 2 cards using the new Dandelion Wishes stamp set along with some new cardstock colors and DSP.
The new colors you might notice are Soft Sea Foam and Shaded Spruce. Both of these are really pretty green shades that fit nicely into Stampin' Up!'s color collections.
The DSP on both cards is from the Garden Impressions 6x6" DSP Stack. If you know me, I tend to stay away from the floral prints, but this pack really has some bold and pretty patterns! I'm so glad I bought it.
The sequins are also new. The Basic Adhesive-Backed Sequins come in 5 soft neutral colors - these are the Soft Sea Foam ones.
Probably my favorite new product is the Subtle Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. This embossed look gives the paper a textured look - kind of like our old textured cardstock! I love it!
I added some (returning) 1/4" Copper Trim ribbon. It's nice when some accessories carryover into the new catalog. Easy on my pocket! :)
