Happy Friday!
Today I have a very similar sketch to my last card that I posted - I hope you don't mind!
Had I planned better, I might have just combined the two, but since I didn't - you get another card this week! This card features another new stamp from the Holiday Catalog.
This week over at TGIF Challenges we have a sketch challenge. Feel free to use your creativity and imagination to change things up at a bit, but it should resemble the sketch as best as possible.
This card gave me some trouble and I started with a completely different color combo and choice of ribbon but nothing seemed to be working. I didn't like covering the ribbon with this large sentiment, but there wasn't really a work around. I decided to keep the large sentiment and roll with it!
The sentiment comes from a fall themed set in the Holiday Catalog called Count My Blessings. I really like the font. I stamped this in Dapper Denim Ink and diecut it with the Stitched Shapes Frameltis.
I also fit this sentiment on a square and it looked nice too.
I added some 3/8" Striped Grosgrain Ribbon, Linen Thread and some Soft Sky Enamel Shapes to finish off the card.
Thanks so much for stopping by. Be sure to check out the TGIF Challenges blog to see what the rest of the DT has made and play along with us!
Blessings,
Holly
