Welcome back to another Can You Case It Sunday! This time around, things are a little different. Last week I posted a card as a Design Team member but this week I am posting as a challenger! Every other week the two design teams will take turns. So, what do you say? Want to play along??
This week's theme is flowers! You pick the colors, the layout, the stamp set -- just make sure it has flowers. Now... let me be honest. I'm not really in to flowery cards. Other than the Painted Petals set, I rarely make a card will flowers on it! Maybe being a mom of three boys has taken some of that girly-girl out of me! haha :)
But I do have an awesome NEW stamp set to show you today called Sprinkles of Life. This is the Ronald McDonald House Charity stamp set this year and it is so fun! I'm talking ice cream, rain clouds, trees, flower baskets, cupcakes... lots of possibilities! Today I used the flower basket from the set. I colored the flowers with the new in-colors and the basket is also an in-color (Tip Top Taupe).
Isn't it cute?? And the awesome pink color you are seeing is Watermelon Wonder - one of the new in-colors! I added some gorgeous grunge splatters to the Tip Top Taupe layer and also on the inside to give it a little extra detail.

Absolutely adorable! I'm loving the watermelon wonder and tip top taupe! The gorgeous grunge is awesome on that taupe. Thanks for the awesome inspiration! I missed the Sprinkles of Life stamp set and punch on my first pre-order so I placed a second order on Friday! I can't wait to get it!

DeleteMmm Mmmm, flower shaped sprinkles...gives the cupcake an inviting taste! The colors enhance each other and the stripes add dimension to the cupcake as it's jumping off the card. Love that you decorated the inside of the card too. Perfect for the person who doesn't always know what to say. Love your card Holly.
